Cubic Transportation Systems is partnering with Jib Technologies, a San Diego-based FinTech company offering contactless payment solutions that are transforming how people pay and get paid.
The partnership will offer a co-branded payment, loyalty and rewards card program for the public transportation industry.
The co-branded card program, powered by Jib Technologies, will also support a new advertising and loyalty rewards platform for public transportation dubbed Cubic Interactive.
Cubic Interactive allows brands to place advertisements within a transit agency’s mobile traveler app and/or on physical assets such as gates and ticket vending machines, giving them access to targeted, captive audiences based on the transit agency’s rich traveler demographic data.
